Care updates

Optional in-app updates when a connected person records a check-in or marks an activity done. The account holder must allow updates, and you choose whether to receive them.

Updates refresh about every 30 seconds while Sanguine is open. They are self-reported activity records, not emergency alerts or a monitoring service.
